Twice a month I host ten people to taste my new pastry creations! I share my passion and get to meet great people while bringing in income, it so simple.
We worked with Komeeda to create and host creatively themed cultural dinners bringing the fusion of Colombian and Palestinian cuisine. It gave us eight months of extended runway, and we build a strong relationship with our customers and some press!
This is beneficial on several fronts. I had a group of genuinely interested customers who were eager to learn about and eat our food, and we made money on a Monday night! It was the busiest Monday of the month because the Komeeda feast created a "I gotta check that out" feel. We're now a go-to spot Monday night spot in the neighborhood.
